Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Cabanatuan and Bulacan Agricultural State College sign first Knowledge Resource Network Memorandum of Understanding in Bulacan

 

          The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Bulacan Agricultural State College (BASC) entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the establishment of Knowledge Resource Network (KRN) last February 21, 2018. The College President, Vice President of Academic, Cultural and Sports Affairs, faculty and students were invited to participate and witness the signing of MOU.

          In this partnership, the BSP set up Knowledge Resource Collections at the BASC Main Library that houses updated BSP publications such as books, reports, guides, manuals, primers and brochures, as well as provide access to online publications and research assistance services to the stakeholders of the Institution.  These information resources and services are free and open to the public.

 

    

          KRN is an information resource sharing program among   libraries in the country which aims to establish a facility for information and knowledge sharing and to make BSP’s information materials easily available.

This program aims to enhance the understanding of the public regarding the information of economic and financial concepts and issues.
